Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any confirmed balance will be returned to your linked PhonePe or UPI account following standard withdrawal verification. Closure requests are processed within three business days.

Eligibility depends on local law. These terms apply to you where participation is permitted in your state or territory in India. If local law in your jurisdiction prohibits it, you are not eligible to open or maintain an account.

If we suspend your account pending a review, your balance is held in your wallet and is not forfeited unless the investigation concludes that a terms breach occurred. We will communicate the outcome in writing within the timeframe stated in our suspension notice.
